I have been trying to upload a ged file and I get a response that they are not receiving a file. I'm using the new version of Family Tree Maker and it is not giving me the options that Tribal Pages has

Make sure that:

Destination is set to FTM

GEDCOM is set to Version 5.5

Character Set is set to ANSI

Make sure Indent records is NOT checked.

Make sure Abbreviate tags is checked.

I've left messages for the support people but hadn't got any response.

Does anyone know what's happening or how I can talk to support?
